Hspice B Element

Hspice B Element

1/24/2002  · Hi all, I am using the B element of HSPICE ( as recommended by the gurus) to simulate my IBIS model that I created. This IBIS model is for TTL I/Os that I created using the s2ibis utility. The complete model looks fine but when I simulate one of the macro models I see a digital signal rather than an analog signal that I should see at the output.

HSPICE ® Elements and Device Models Manual Version X-2005.09, September 2005, 9/24/2018  · This section describes passive elements and they are resistor, inductor, and capacitor. Assorted magnetic elements are supported by Hspice but they are not included. Resistors, inductors, and capacitors come in two types: a simple, linear element with a value and some dependence on temperature, initialization, and scaling, HSPICE ® User Guide: Simulation and Analysis Version B -2008.09, September 2008, HSPICE ® Signal Integrity User Guide xi X-2005.09 About This Manual This manual describes how to use HSPICE to maintain signal integrity in your chip design. Inside This Manual This manual contains the chapters described below. For descriptions of the other manuals in the HSPICE documentation set, see the next section, “The HSPICE …

2/11/2003  · operating point for each element In HSpice it is usually not necessary to specify .OP as it gives you automatically the DC node voltages. However, HSpice does not give the DC voltages unless you have specified a certain analysis type, such as for instance .TRAN, or .AC analysis (Spice automatically does a DC analysis before doing a transient or …

All indicated punctuation (parentheses, equal signs, etc.) is optional but indicate the presence of any delimiter. Further, future implementations may require the punctuation as stated. A consistent style adhering to the …

Laplace Transform Function Call Use the Star- Hspice G and E elements (controlled behavioral sources) as linear, 7/26/2005  · switch hspice Hi. as jiangwp said, ideal switch is defined as follows : gsw sin sout VCR PWL(1) clk 0 0,1e7 vdd,1m where sw is the arbitrary name of our switch. sin and sout are input and output nodes of the switch (however, there is no difference between input and output nodes so you can change the sequence of their difinition.) VCR is a keyword which you must write in the switch syntax.
